Manual Migration Support Consultant

Hybrid way of working: 2–3 days from the Lodz or Gdansk office

Budget: 90 PLN/h + VAT on a B2B contract

Introduction & Summary

We are seeking experienced consultants to support the manual migration of customer data from current KYC tools to a new Global KYC (GKYC) system. The ideal candidates will possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, excellent attention to detail, and good communication skills in English. This role involves following stringent procedures to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform manual migration of customer data between KYC systems.
• Follow predefined working instructions and operational procedures.
• Validate migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Work with Microsoft Excel and multiple business applications.
• Understand data flows between different systems.
• Deliver high-quality, accurate, and consistent work throughout the migration process.
• Collaborate with the migration team and escalate issues when necessary.

Key Requirements

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with business applications and understanding data flows between different systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the banking industry.
• Familiarity with banking operations or KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
