Description

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI / Microsoft Fabric dashboards and reporting solutions that support business decision-making. Build semantic models and data layers using Microsoft Fabric components, and automate reporting and data integration through ETL and APIs. Work closely with business stakeholders and management to define standards for metrics and reporting data.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI / MS Fabric dashboards

• Create semantic models and model data (DAX, Power Query)

• Build Microsoft Fabric data layers (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Pipelines)

• Automate reporting and data integration (ETL, APIs)

• Analyze data and business processes to shape reporting and analytics solutions

• Help define reporting standards, business metrics, and data governance

• Co-create the architecture of Power BI / Microsoft Fabric reporting solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or executive reporting

• Advanced Power BI expertise: semantic models, DAX, Power Query, RLS, Power BI Service

• Solid knowledge of MS Fabric: ETL, Data Factory, OneLake, Lakehouse, Pipelines, semantic models

• Proficiency in SQL

• Knowledge of Git and basic DevOps practices for Power BI / MS Fabric development and deployment

• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills (business and executive level)
