Description

Lead the technical implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions within an established technology ecosystem. You will translate high-level designs into implementable architectures, and design, develop, and integrate production-grade GenAI and agentic capabilities. You will also build scalable, reliable services, support MLOps and operational readiness, and ensure compliance with engineering and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical implementation of AI solutions within the existing enterprise ecosystem
• Translate high-level designs into technical components and architectures
• Design, develop, and integrate production-grade GenAI and agentic capabilities
• Build scalable and reliable services using modern software engineering practices
• Collaborate with Solution Designers, Tech Leads, and engineers to resolve technical challenges and accelerate delivery
• Ensure compliance with corporate engineering standards, toolchains, testing frameworks, and CI/CD processes
• Support other engineers by removing technical blockers and promoting best practices
• Contribute to MLOps, deployment automation, monitoring, and operational readiness
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical decision-making

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software, platform, or AI engineering
• Strong Python skills and hands-on Generative AI experience
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
• Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, MCP, and API management platforms (e.g., Apigee)
• Production-focused mindset with DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD, and testing experience
• Familiarity with MLflow, Seldon, KFServing, and AI observability tools such as Arize
• Experience with cloud migration and hybrid on-prem/cloud environments
• Understanding of networking and security concepts, including VXLAN, MPLS, and Zero-Trust
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and Data Lakes/Warehouses using Spark, dbt, Delta Lake, and Parquet
• Familiarity with metadata catalog solutions such as DataHub or Amundsen
• Hands-on experience with NLP including data preparation, normalization, and transformation
• Knowledge of ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar
• Experience with IAM and secrets management solutions including Azure AD, SAML, and Vault
• Familiarity with GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, SonarQube, and OWASP ZAP
• Understanding of security and compliance standards including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, and EBA guidelines
• Good English (at least B2/B2+)
