Description

You will improve the UX/UI of an e-commerce website by finding opportunities from the customer perspective and turning inputs from marketing, leadership, and other teams into practical design solutions. You’ll create developer-ready proposals in Figma, present variants to stakeholders, and refine them based on feedback. The work also includes cross-device testing and using AI tools in the design workflow to accelerate exploration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the e-shop experience as a customer and propose its next evolution
• Translate requirements from marketing, leadership, and other teams into concrete UX/UI designs
• Bring forward your own ideas for new features and UI changes
• Create and compare solution variants, present them, then iterate based on feedback
• Produce Figma deliverables that developers can use immediately
• Organize UX/UI projects in Asana
• Keep the e-shop as a whole in mind and ensure new elements fit the current environment and business goals
• Test proposed and implemented changes across devices; verify usability and clarity
• Align customer needs, business objectives, and the technical capabilities of the development team
• Integrate AI tools into the design process to speed up work and widen solution options

Requirements

• Proven UX/UI design experience with digital products, ideally in e-commerce
• Mid-level or senior experience with the ability to take ownership of the e-shop’s UX/UI
• Advanced skills in Figma and ability to prepare developer-ready designs
• Product-thinking approach using data, customer needs, and design expertise
• Ability to clarify requirements, ask relevant questions, and propose multiple viable options
• Ability to communicate, justify, and evolve designs based on feedback
• Technical awareness to discuss feasibility and implementation details with developers
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude and desire to expand their use
• At least basic experience with Google Workspace
• Ability to take ideas and carry them through to concrete implementation-ready designs
