Description

You’ll build and continuously improve a PHP backend using Nette and Symfony, while also developing internal AI tools and workflows for agentic development. The work includes implementing AI features (e.g., improved text, image generation) and creating, tuning, and validating prompts to ensure real functionality and impact. You will also contribute to the React frontend when needed, in a small team that prototypes quickly and decides fast.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services in PHP (Nette, Symfony)

• Contribute to frontend in React (JS/TS/CSS) when required

• Build internal AI and DX tooling: skills, workflows, specs, evals, benchmarks

• Implement AI features such as text improvement, image generation, and MCP-based integrations

• Design, iterate, and debug prompts; verify that prompts work in practice

Requirements

• Mastery of Nette and Symfony at a very good level

• Experience with agentic development (ideally with portfolio/showcase)

• Advantage: experience with AI benchmarking and evaluation and prompt tuning

• Advantage: experience with MCP

• Advantage: experience building your own agents or AI solutions

• Advantage: knowledge of LiteLLM, Windmill, N8N, Harbor, LangChain, or LangGraph
