Description

You’ll help launch Plusco for clients—from the first workshops through production go-live. In this role, you’ll combine client communication with coordination across product, UX, testing, and development to ensure requirements and expectations stay aligned. You’ll also validate that the solution makes sense, then hand it over and support onboarding into operations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients; lead workshops and initial meetings
• Work with the product and development teams on special client requirements
• Plan project scope, timelines, and team capacity
• Coordinate developers, UX, testers, and other team members
• Provide ongoing updates to the client and manage expectations
• Test and verify that the final solution is meaningful and fits the intended purpose
• Handover the project to the client and support go-live/onboarding
• Resolve ad-hoc issues that arise during projects

Requirements

• Experience managing IT or digital projects
• Strong client communication skills; confidence to facilitate discussions
• Ability to organize work independently and drive tasks to completion
• Competence in handling deadlines, priorities, and capacity
• Basic understanding of software development; comfort discussing APIs, databases, and integrations
• Understanding of web application development fundamentals
• Ability to translate client needs into a clear scope that both client and team agree on
• Ability to communicate feasibility and propose alternatives when needed
• Structured approach to keeping project materials organized and the team aligned
• Motivation to work on projects with real business impact for companies
