Description

You will design, develop, and modernize backend platforms that support complex business processes and large-scale transactions. The team builds a next-generation electronic trading platform and also supports the current trading solution, with an emphasis on performance, scalability, high availability, and rapid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements

• Design and implement high-performance Java solutions

• Take end-to-end ownership of development and delivery

• Ensure software quality through code reviews and automated testing

• Support Java builds, CI/CD pipelines, and selected DevOps activities

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Java

• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot (Spring MVC)

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)

• Maven or Gradle

• Git, code reviews, and collaborative development

• Multithreading, concurrency, performance tuning

• Experience with CI/CD
