• Role: Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram)

Description

You will take ownership of clients’ Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end—strategy, setup, optimization, and performance evaluation—while focusing on business results rather than only ad metrics. You’ll communicate with clients, propose ideas, test new formats/features (including AI-driven approaches), and share what works with the team. The collaboration starts with limited time commitment and can grow gradually as you take on more Meta clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meta Ads from A to Z

• Build campaign strategy, set up campaigns, optimize, and evaluate results for Facebook and Instagram

• Communicate with clients and provide honest feedback and ideas

• Test new updates, formats, functions, and AI tools/processes

• Share know-how with the team (including writing up findings for blog or social channels)

Requirements

• Experience with Meta Ads and ability to steer campaigns based on real business outcomes

• Independent mindset and proactive responsibility

• Ability to communicate with clients and justify your recommendations

• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for creative and campaign work

• Strong interest in learning and keeping up with Meta news and trying new things

• Reliability with deadlines

• When performance is not as expected, focus on solutions

• Long-term collaboration mindset and ability to work in a team
