Description

Create and execute social media content for Instagram, Meta, and TikTok, including independent planning, filming, and producing visual and video assets. Cover live events on-site and deliver engaging content in real time, often in the evenings or on weekends. Work closely with the team on feedback and ongoing refinement, and manage community interactions through an authentic brand tone of voice.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience managing social media and creating content (Meta, TikTok, Instagram)
• Broad cultural and social awareness and interest in current trends across mainstream and alternative culture
• Advanced experience with Figma for graphic creation and editing
• Practical experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop for photo edits; Premiere Pro for video edits)
• Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is an advantage
• Confident shooting with a camera/phone, including basic lighting and sound setup in the field
• Independent, proactive work style and ability to incorporate constructive feedback
• Excellent Czech language skills for copywriting (style, grammar)
• Good English (B2) for internal communication
• Flexibility to adapt to event schedules (evenings/weekends)
