Description

You will support and gradually take over parts of the General Director’s day-to-day agenda and communications. • Prepare briefing materials, summaries, and presentations for meetings
  • Organize the Director’s work program and accompany them to important meetings; ensure follow-ups via meeting notes and tasks
  • Maintain order and accuracy in contracts, offers, and customer data (CRM SmartFP, Tikos)
  • Support the sales team with preparing offers and checking supporting documents

Requirements

  • Excellent written Czech and strong sensitivity to tone (clear, polite, precise emails)
  • Analytical and practical thinking; ability to take ownership of issues and come with solutions
  • Independence and reliability
  • Discretion and respect for sensitive information
  • Usable English and/or German; you will frequently use languages and will be supported in developing them
  • Driver’s license category B and willingness to travel
  • Secondary education (maturita) required; university education preferred
  • Comfortable with Excel and Office 365; other tools will be taught

Benefits

  • Daily collaboration with company leadership and insight into decision-making
  • Real responsibility and room to grow into a broader role
  • Varied work (analysis one day, meetings in Prague the next)
  • Support for language and professional development
  • Stable company with long history; competitive pay based on experience and performance-based bonuses
