SAP SuccessFactors ABAP Integration Specialist (h/f)

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with SAP Employee Central and the SAP HR module
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP integrations, including CPI, IDoc, API, SFTP, and CSV data flows
• Expertise in SAP ABAP debugging using relevant SAP HR transactions
• Experience monitoring and analyzing SAP IDoc processing, including error resolution and reprocessing
• Skilled in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP R/3, CPI- and API-based integration
• Experience identifying, analyzing, and supporting SAP Business Add-Ins (BADIs) relevant to HR and integration processes
• Proven ability to configure and support employee data replication between Employee Central and other SAP systems
• Business-fluent English

Main Responsibilities

• Take ownership of integration health between Employee Central and SAP ERP, with a heavy focus on diagnosing issues at the SAP HR/ABAP level
• Debug SAP ABAP programs and use relevant SAP transactions to investigate IDoc replication, infotype management, and user lifecycle issues
• Analyze and resolve replication errors related to infotype mapping, data validation, and transformation logic
• Oversee configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of employee and organizational data replication from Employee Central to SAP ERP
• Maintain and update mapping tables and transformation logic as business requirements or systems change
• Review Employee Central employee profiles to identify and resolve data errors impacting integrations
• Analyze integration interfaces and business rules behind SAP CPI integrations
• Communicate with application owners on data received via API, CSV, SFTP, or IDoc, relating it back to EC data and CPI developers
• Identify, analyze, and support SAP Business Add-Ins (BADIs) relevant to HR and integration processes

Working Model & Rate

• Hybrid, based in the Lisbon area
• On-site presence expected around 2 days per month, with flexibility for more remote work
• Target rate: €350–400/day
