Description

You will support an end-to-end testing effort for a migration project to SAP S/4HANA, with focus on business/legal reporting and the migration of SAP Finance data. You will own the test strategy, planning, and coordination with the Project Manager, Business, IT, and Data Factory teams. You will also manage defect tracking, ensure tool/reporting consistency, and provide high-quality test progress indicators for governance committees.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the test strategy aligned with the test methodology and project entry/exit acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional requirements (NFR: load/performance/security).

• Define and coordinate testing activities across phases (test plan definition and execution, test data preparation) and steer teams/stakeholders.

• Organize tests in testing tools, following best-practice rules.

• Identify and maintain the test schedule, including monitoring test environment availability during testing periods.

• Follow up on raised defects and define their prioritization with the project lead and business contacts.

• Ensure consistency of information in test tools (test status vs defects, test organization) with the support of the Lead Testing.

• Set up tracking indicators and ensure their quality to support project steering and steering committee decisions.

Requirements

• French level C2 and English level B1 (CEFR).

• Confirmed experience using Quality Center (HP Quality Center).

• Confirmed experience defining and implementing test strategy on medium to large-scale projects.

• Confirmed experience coordinating and running test sessions with business teams.

• Recent experience coordinating testing in Agile/Scrum projects, including hybrid approaches and V-model/hybrid delivery.

• Confirmed knowledge of test methods and techniques (ISTQB Foundation level or equivalent).

Nice to Have

• Experience in Analytics, BI, and big data.

• Proven experience with Azure DevOps.

• Experience coordinating testing activities for SAP-oriented projects.
