Description

You will support IT specialists in their day-to-day work while planning and configuring IT systems. Responsibilities include installing and setting up hardware, operating systems, and networks based on customer requirements, as well as diagnosing and helping users with application problems. Through rotations across multiple IT teams, you’ll gradually take on more independent tasks and work toward an apprenticeship final project.

Responsibilities

• Assist specialists in daily IT operations

• Plan and configure IT systems

• Install and set up hardware components, operating systems, and networks

• Diagnose and resolve incidents with modern diagnostic tools

• Support users with application-related issues

• Rotate through multiple teams in Enterprise IT Services and SMB & Schools

• Contribute strengths to a suitable team and complete an end-of-training project

Requirements

• Realschulabschluss or good Fachhochschulreife

• Abitur welcomed

• Strong performance in German, English, and Mathematics

• Driver’s license (Pkw)
