Description

You will join the Decision Sciences team to deliver data-driven solutions that optimize a care model and improve patient outcomes. You’ll support prospective study designs, ROI assessments, and clinical program evaluations through statistical analysis plans, exploratory data analysis, and data artifacts. You will collaborate with data scientists and analysts and communicate results to a diverse set of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced mathematical and statistical methods to solve business problems

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to validate and quantify trends

• Develop insights, visualizations, and data artifacts to support broader initiatives

• Wrangle and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets in a repeatable way

• Present complex findings with strong written and verbal communication

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience conducting statistical analysis and machine learning (or 1+ year with a Master’s or PhD)

• 3+ years of experience with SQL and Python programming (or 1+ year with a Master’s or PhD)

• Ability to decompose multi-tier problems into actionable steps

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience with large datasets and extracting meaningful insights

• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to diverse audiences
