Description

The AI & Data Science Lead will drive strategic AI and analytics initiatives across TSSO, establishing data-driven foundations that enhance operational excellence and accelerate innovation. The role owns technical and strategic decision-making for the AI and data roadmap, ensuring systems work as a connected ecosystem across multiple operational partners. Responsibilities include enterprise performance dashboards, Asset Readiness Project (ARP) analytics, LCAM lifecycle analytics, and leadership of governance and Citizen AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Map data sources and enable efficient non-financial performance reporting for TSSO; develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks.

• Support ARP analytics and dashboard updates (scorecard, tracker, advanced statistics); perform variance analyses and reconciliation to ensure data integrity.

• Lead Claude AI-driven development for preventive maintenance identification to improve ARP data accuracy and asset management.

• Troubleshoot Property Hub data discrepancies and reconcile ADQ NextGen dashboard variances to maintain data quality.

• Drive ARP data model development and implementation, taking solutions from pilot to full operational adoption with measurable business impact.

• Establish LCAM data access across JLL data lake tables; lead data integration across lifecycle milestones and ensure standards governance.

• Provide AI processing expertise for OnePM load files; drive integration of data topology for LCAM outcomes.

• Prioritize the technology stack and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs); translate FM business needs into actionable technology and data solutions with WPM.

• Ensure WPM and TSSO data standards and quality frameworks are followed; maintain data governance and security aligned to enterprise standards.

• Own WPM TSSO asset data governance and partner cross-functionally to bridge technical innovation with business value.

• Partner with product, data, and governance teams to align TSSO insights with the broader AI and technology roadmap; make strategic decisions for the tech/AI roadmap.

• Ensure interoperability across Sustainable Operations, Integrated Operations Centers, Reliability Engineering, and Asset Renewal Planning.

• Lead TSSO Citizen AI initiatives, building a high-performing team and coordinating a matrix network of contributors to avoid redundancy and maximize efficiency.

• Lead TSSO data model development, define the advanced analytical roadmap for operational excellence, and support evolution of delivery models with shared service centers.
