Mobile Team Lead Engineering

Your responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of iOS and/or Android engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Own the end-to-end mobile lifecycle: build, test, deploy, and run.
  • Develop scalable, high-quality mobile applications with a strong focus on performance and user experience.
  • Ensure code quality through pair programming, reviews, and defined engineering standards.
  • Align mobile solutions closely with backend systems, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
  • Drive the evolution of the mobile architecture, tooling, and overall application landscape.
  • Identify and reduce technical debt and operational risks.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, SRE, and Security to deliver sustainable and reliable solutions.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead in Agile mobile teams.
  • Strong hands-on background in iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin).
  • Solid understanding of modern architecture patterns, such as MVVM and Clean Architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD, testing, and monitoring in mobile environments.
  • Full-stack mindset, including API integration, backend basics, and DevOps awareness.
  • Strong problem-solving, ownership, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience with or interest in cloud technologies.
  • Clear communication skills and strong self-initiative.
  • Fluent English.
  • Comfortable coming to the Warsaw office 3 days a week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cross-platform frameworks, including Flutter and React Native.
  • Backend knowledge, such as Java and Node.js.
  • Experience with cloud and DevOps.
