Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, pain points, and objectives.
• Design and document current-state and future-state business processes, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Partner with product and project teams to align process design with system and product capability, without owning system or technical knowledge.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business, process, and product colleagues to gather requirements and validate process designs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and standardisation.
• Clearly communicate process designs, findings, and recommendations to business and technical audiences.
• Support the transition and embedding of new or revised processes into business-as-usual operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on business process design rather than purely systems or technical analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to clearly translate business needs for business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with business colleagues, product owners, and project teams.
• Structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and process design.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables with minimal process-team support.
