Description

Support reliable operation, maintenance, and diagnostics of PLC-controlled production equipment (Siemens LOGO). Optimize and commission PLC programs, integrate equipment, and enable communication with machines/robots using EUROMAP 63. Perform functional and safety tests, analyze failures, and document control program/configuration changes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation, maintenance, and diagnostics for Siemens LOGO PLC-controlled production equipment
• Modify, optimize, and commission PLC programs
• Integrate manufacturing equipment and support communication via EUROMAP 63
• Manage machine/robot/supervisory system communication
• Administer and support MDE/BDE systems for collecting and evaluating production data
• Program, parametrize, and optimize SBS control systems
• Program, configure, and commission industrial robots
• Run functional and safety tests for production equipment
• Analyze root causes of malfunctions and propose technical solutions
• Document control programs, configurations, and system changes
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, technology, and IT
• Participate in automation, digitization, and standardization projects for production processes

Requirements

• Education in automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial IT, or a related technical field
• Practical experience with Siemens LOGO PLC systems
• Knowledge of the EUROMAP 63 communication standard
• Experience with SBS control systems
• Practical experience programming and commissioning industrial robots
• Ability to analyze technical issues and propose effective solutions
• Independent, responsible working style
• Willingness to learn new technologies and help implement them
