Description

You’ll help convert the company’s internal processes into a practical system using Monday.com. The work is centered on understanding how teams operate, simplifying or automating processes, and building the right workflow structure inside the platform. You’ll also test solutions with users and support onboarding so the new processes are actually adopted.

Responsibilities

• Map current processes across teams

• Interview users and stakeholders to understand real needs

• Identify opportunities to simplify and/or automate processes

• Design workflow structure in Monday.com

• Create boards, statuses, forms, dashboards, and automations

• Set up links/connections between processes and teams

• Test proposed solutions with users and iteratively improve them

• Prepare simple documentation and user guides

• Support onboarding and user training

• Track whether new processes are used and deliver the expected impact

Requirements

• Studying or having completed a university degree in a technical, economic, or business field

• Strong analytical and process thinking

• Ability to bring order to initially chaotic situations

• Interest in digital tools, automation, and finding more efficient ways to work

• Ability to ask questions and understand needs of people from different company areas

• Independent working style; comfortable taking ownership of your project

• Good English knowledge

• Solid skills with Excel or Google Sheets and fast learning of new tools

• Monday.com experience is not required, but is an advantage
