Description

You will actively develop and tailor an Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform, shaping both security and automation processes. The role includes building and maintaining IAM integrations and customer-specific workflows, implementing business logic in Java and Python, and designing REST/API interfaces between the IAM platform and connected systems. You will also stay current with technology trends and share knowledge through activities like code reviews and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize an IAM platform and its security/automation processes
• Implement and maintain integrations and individualizations (e.g., via workflows) in the IAM environment
• Build business logic and customer-specific extensions in Java and Python
• Design and implement REST/API interfaces between the IAM platform and connected systems
• Keep up with software development and IAM technology trends; contribute via code reviews and technical documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers on concept and implementation

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or completed training as Application Developer (Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung) or comparable qualification
• Experience in software development, preferably with Java and Python
• Solid understanding of software design and API concepts (REST)
• Knowledge of integration architecture
• Experience with Identity & Access Management or willingness to build expertise in this area
• Ability to think conceptually and work in a structured way
• Responsible, team-oriented, and proactive attitude
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Very good German and good English skills
