Description

You will administer and monitor IP camera systems, IP telephony/mobile services, and broader network operations. The work includes network traffic monitoring and analysis, maintaining operational documentation, supporting incident resolution, and evaluating security events. You will also manage core services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi), assist with IP address space management (IPAM), and support access policies and segmentation.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and monitor IP camera systems (availability, basic configuration, evidence/records)

  • Administer and monitor IP telephony and mobile services

  • Create and maintain up-to-date operational documentation and records

  • Collaborate on incident resolution and user requests in the network/telecom area

  • Perform continuous monitoring of network traffic and active elements

  • Analyze operational logs and statistics; detect anomalies

  • Support resolution of operational problems, incidents, and IP conflicts

  • Monitor service functionality (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi)

  • Configure, manage, and update active network components (L2/L3 switches, routers, Wi‑Fi controllers)

  • Manage wireless infrastructure (APs, controllers, security)

  • Ensure backup power availability (UPS)

  • Support efficient use of address space (IPAM)

  • Assist with access policy management (ACL, segmentation, VLAN)

  • Support secure remote access for internal and external users

  • Monitor and evaluate security events (IDS/IPS, log management)

  • Identify, document, and escalate security incidents

  • Collaborate on implementing security measures per internal standards

Requirements

  • Technical education (university or secondary technical) in a relevant field

  • Experience or orientation with IP camera system administration (e.g., Dahua, Hikvision)

  • Experience or orientation with IP telephony/mobile services administration

  • Experience or orientation with data network administration (routing/switching, Wi‑Fi) and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS)

  • Experience with ICT infrastructure administration

  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix or Flowmon and log management

  • Ability to use English for documentation

  • Responsibility, precision, analytical/systematic thinking

  • Ability to work independently and under time pressure; strong communication and teamwork

  • Valid driver’s license category B (frequent business trips)

  • Willingness and ability for further professional training; certifications are a plus

  • Time flexibility
