Description

You will support the IT Services team by operating and administering the network infrastructure—ensuring security, reliability, and scalability—while working toward defined KPIs and SLAs. In addition to day-to-day operations, you will help plan and implement new network solutions, perform troubleshooting (root-cause analysis), and carry out technical changes.

Responsibilities

• Operate the network infrastructure in Germany

• Administer network infrastructure according to KPIs and SLAs

• Contribute to planning, development, and implementation of new network solutions

• Provide technical support for root-cause analyses, especially during incidents

• Plan and execute technical changes within your area of responsibility

• Occasionally participate in on-call duty

Requirements

• IT-related education or comparable qualification

• Business-fluent German and advanced English

• Knowledge of one or more: LAN, WAN, WiFi, DDI (DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management), NAC, automation, or monitoring

• Initial experience with one or more: Cisco switches & routers, Cisco Wireless LAN controllers & access points, Cisco ISE, EfficientIP, or CheckMK
