Description

Own end-to-end product development for a fintech remittance experience, including supporting the implementation of AI across product processes. Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize the roadmap, coordinate launches, and continuously improve the customer experience using data and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product development from discovery and prioritization through delivery and iteration

• Review and support the implementation of AI across different processes

• Work closely with engineering, design, DevOps, compliance, and business teams

• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Analyze customer needs, product data, and market trends to identify opportunities

• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap based on business and customer impact

• Coordinate product launches and ensure smooth delivery across teams

• Work on fintech-specific flows including payments, KYC/AML, PSP integrations, and international money transfers

• Continuously measure product performance and use data and feedback to improve the product

• Communicate product decisions and priorities clearly across the organization

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience in product management

• Proven experience working in fintech, payments, banking, or a closely related financial-services environment

• Experience managing digital products (web and/or mobile preferred)

• Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, roadmap management, and agile methodology

• Ability to work effectively with engineering and design teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working with data and product metrics

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; English proficiency for daily work

• Willingness to relocate to Madrid (Alcobendas), Spain
