Description

You will manage cloud services end-to-end, ensuring service quality, cost control, contract management, and compliance. You will coordinate external service providers, act as the main interface between Business, IT, Security, and vendors, and oversee cloud operations and service evolution. You will also drive service transitions into regular operations and conduct service reviews using SLA/KPI-based governance.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end steering of cloud services

• Coordinate external service providers; ensure service quality, costs, and contracts

• Central interface between Business, IT, Security, and providers

• Operate and further develop cloud services

• Steer service providers using SLAs and KPIs

• Ensure service quality, availability, and compliance

• Transition projects into regular operations (service transition)

• Conduct service reviews and cost/budget control

• Collaborate with architecture, security, infrastructure, and business units

• Support tenders and contract negotiations

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in Cloud and IT service management

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and SaaS solutions

• Experience steering external service providers and vendors

• Knowledge of ITIL and strong communication skills

• Very good German and good English
