Description

We are looking for a Project Manager / Consultant with strong French language skills to support large-scale transformation initiatives in distributed, multicultural environments. The role combines project and programme delivery, Agile ways of working and consulting, with a strong focus on the Automotive sector and collaboration with French-speaking stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project and programme work in distributed, multicultural environments
• Apply Agile ways of working in consulting and transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with French-speaking stakeholders and clients in automotive-focused engagements
• Prepare clear and concise executive summaries for senior leadership and external partners
• Manage stakeholders effectively across business, technology, and international groups

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in large-scale project or programme implementation within distributed, multicultural environments
• Proven experience working in an Agile environment, ideally in a Product Owner role
• Proven experience in the Automotive sector
• Excellent French and English skills, both written and spoken
• French: C2 (native or fully bilingual)
• English: minimum C1
• Higher education degree, preferably in Business, Technology, Science, Engineering or a related field
• Ability to prepare clear and concise executive summaries for senior leadership and external partners
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively with international teams and clients

Senior Consultant – additional requirements

• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience, preferably focused on Digital and Agile Transformations
• Strong proven experience in at least one of the following areas: ServiceNow, Data Visualisation, Advanced Agile Transformation
• Proven experience working with France-based clients, particularly in AMOE or AMOA roles

Staff Consultant – additional requirements

• Initial proven experience supporting or delivering digital transformation initiatives for French clients
• Ability to operate effectively in a consulting environment and work with senior stakeholders
