Description

Lead customer and internal projects and provide consulting for the introduction and configuration of software and services for new clients. Ensure successful end-to-end project planning, steering, and delivery within strategic guidance from management. Serve as the interface between product development, operational units, and sales, with a focus on quality and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and further develop consulting services for onboarding, introduction, and configuration of software solutions and services for new customers

• Ensure successful planning, steering, and execution of customer and internal projects

• Provide operational leadership of project management in line with strategic directions from management

• Independently lead specific customer projects

• Act as an interface to product development, operational units, and sales

• Own quality and risk management

Requirements

• Experience as project leader/manager in the development and implementation of complex software systems or in IT consulting

• Sound knowledge of project planning and steering

• Strong communication skills and high customer orientation

• Entrepreneurial, analytical thinking with a result-oriented, proactive working style

• High social competence, communication ability, conflict management, and initiative

• Very good German; negotiation-level English is a plus
