Description

You will work on the Customer Facing API team to design and deliver integration and API solutions that help enterprise clients connect their ERP systems with customer management and order processes. The role emphasizes scalable, reliable integration flows, ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting, and participation in incident management and business-hours on-call. You’ll also track Boomi capabilities and integration trends to continuously improve solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions with Boomi Enterprise Platform
• Translate integration/business requirements into scalable and reliable solutions
• Build and maintain data flows between cloud and on-premise systems
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand integration needs
• Participate in client-specific solution design
• Prepare technical documentation and support the offer process
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations
• Participate in incident management and business-hours on-call
• Share knowledge and best practices with the team
• Follow new Boomi features and integration trends

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Boomi Enterprise Platform
• Solid integration development experience
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and familiarity with XML and JSON
• Experience with integration patterns such as ETL, real-time, and event-driven
• Understanding of integration security and quality assurance
• Experience with cloud platforms GCP and/or AWS
• Ability to work in an Agile environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration with business and technical teams
