Responsibilities

Establish and evolve Workflow Automation & Agentic Engineering capabilities, gradually extending them with AI-driven enhancements where they add real value. Act as a technical bridge to the central core platform, including AWS, Kubernetes, GitLab, and Keycloak, and help teams adopt modern automation and cloud practices in a structured, production-ready way.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the architecture and structured integration of agentic capabilities into products and workflows, exploring emerging standards and patterns for agent-based systems.
  • Design and implement scalable workflow orchestration solutions using BPMN-based platforms and modern automation tooling, combining deterministic logic with AI where beneficial.
  • Enable cloud-native platform adoption through hands-on work with container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, identity management, and cloud infrastructure to support secure service delivery.
  • Establish governance and operational-excellence standards, including observability, cost awareness, access management, and secure deployment practices for workflow and AI solutions.
  • Coach teams on automation best practices, infrastructure as code, platform-native design, and production-ready engineering approaches.
  • Build local knowledge-sharing practices through workshops, technical sessions, and collaboration with global platform teams.
  • Design and evolve Workflow Automation and Agentic Engineering capabilities while gradually introducing AI-driven enhancements that deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • Strong software engineering background with practical proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of modern API design principles and microservices architectures.
  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in workflow orchestration and automation platforms using BPMN or comparable technologies.
  • Practical cloud engineering experience, including containerization and deployment within public cloud environments.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tooling supporting automated delivery and scalable environments.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Polish and availability to work in a hybrid mode from the Katowice office.
