Description

Join an international team responsible for implementing and developing an Enterprise-class insurance claims system. You will configure, extend, and integrate the solution with the client’s system ecosystem while analyzing business and technical requirements. The role emphasizes active use of AI (including agentic AI approaches) across the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Implement and develop the Enterprise claims system: configuration, parametrization, product extensions, and integrations with the client ecosystem
• Analyze business and technical requirements and implement them using configuration mechanisms, product extensions, and dedicated components
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations with internal and external systems (APIs, events, integration services, enterprise architecture patterns)
• Collaborate with the international solution provider on requirement analysis, design, bug fixing, and release planning
• Recommend the optimal approach (configuration/product customization/dedicated solution) considering functional, non-functional, regulatory, performance, and security requirements
• Support data migration and environment integration when launching a new claims platform
• Ensure solution quality using automated tests, integration/system test participation, code reviews, and configuration reviews
• Use AI tools and an agentic AI approach in analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation
• Participate in scrum ceremonies and work daily with business, architecture, integration, and testing teams and the system provider

Requirements

• 5+ years of Java
• 3+ years of Kafka
• 5+ years with Spring/Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud
• 5+ years of SQL
• Quality assurance knowledge: unit testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Spock) and integration testing frameworks (Testcontainers, WireMock)
• Knowledge of Functional Programming and Object-Oriented Programming paradigms
• Knowledge of application containerization
• Knowledge of process engines and BPMN notation
• Knowledge of resilience patterns and mechanisms for services in distributed systems
• Knowledge of React and experience building frontend applications
• Ability to adopt AI tools in the software development process
• Ability to provide services from within Poland
• English proficiency at least B2 (including speaking)
