Salesforce Engineer for Retail Execution

Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves building impactful Salesforce solutions? As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll contribute to the design, development and enhancement of key internal systems supporting Store Development organizations worldwide. In this role, you’ll work with senior developers and technical leads to design and implement features using Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce configuration tools. You’ll be involved in agile ceremonies, write high-quality code, participate in code reviews, and support testing and development efforts. This position offers the chance to grow your technical skills in a collaborative environment while contributing to real business outcomes at a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce features based on provided specifications.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and release activities.
• Collaborate with senior developers and product managers to deliver solutions.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation and test coverage.
• Learn and adopt best practices for coding, testing, and deployments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Good understanding of Apex, Lightning components, and platform configuration.
• Practical experience with Salesforce DX.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and agile environments.
• Ability to work with GitHub, SFDX and CI/CD tools.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Experience with integrations or external API usage.
