Senior Salesforce Developer

Join an international technical team responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support internal business processes. Work across the full software development lifecycle, with a strong focus on code quality, security, stability, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions.
• Develop applications using Apex, Triggers, Batch Classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and SOQL.
• Design and maintain integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce environments.
• Ensure performance, security, and data integrity of Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in the full SDLC: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Work with Git/GitHub, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, application managers, and technical teams in an international environment.
• Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 4 years of Salesforce Development.
• Very good knowledge of Apex, including Triggers and Batch Classes.
• Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and SOQL.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Architecture, Security Model, and Data Model.
• Experience with Sales Cloud.
• Experience designing and maintaining Salesforce integrations.
• Good knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with unit testing, debugging, and code reviews.
• Very good command of English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I / II, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Administrator.
• Advanced Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of additional Salesforce Clouds.
