Technical Support Specialist / QA Tester

Important: This is a full-time position with 5 days a week working from our office in Warsaw.

Join the team and work on one of the top 3 navigation apps designed to help people avoid traffic and find the best routes. The Beta community has around 40,000 volunteers from all over the world who test Beta versions of the app and help improve its quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate bug reports, suggestions, and forum posts from the Beta community.
• Release Beta versions to the community using Centercode.
• Find important and critical issues and report them to the relevant internal teams.
• Track issues and help make sure they are handled on time.

Requirements

• Strong English skills: communicate clearly in writing and speaking, using technical and software testing terms.
• 2+ years of experience in Technical Support or 1+ year of experience in manual QA.
• Experience with bug-tracking systems and test-management tools.
• Good time management and a task-focused approach.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and adapt to changing requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with software QA methods and practices, especially for mobile apps (Android and iOS).
• Experience using log files to find and understand technical issues.
• Experience working with testing tools and analyzing test results.
• Good understanding of client-server architecture.
