About the role

Join a team working on the modernization of post-trade processes and migration of trade flows to a common settlement platform.

You will collaborate with business and technology teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, implement changes within the Calypso platform, and support testing and production activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Define solution scope and support prioritization activities
• Design and document functional and technical solutions
• Configure and customize the Calypso platform
• Support development activities, integrations, and automation initiatives
• Plan and execute functional testing and UAT activities
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and technical teams
• Contribute to process and quality improvements

Requirements (must-have)

• Experience in financial markets and post-trade processes (securities settlement)
• Experience combining business analysis, solution design, and implementation activities
• Hands-on experience delivering IT changes from requirements through production deployment
• Understanding of system architecture and integration concepts
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English
