Description

You will join an SRE/DevOps organization to design and implement automated provisioning, deployment, management, and monitoring solutions for large-scale, fast-changing SaaS services. Working with architecture and development teams, you will improve engineering standards and best practices, drive CI/CD and observability enhancements, and support delivery of reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes, Flux, and related cloud-native technologies

• Build and maintain monitoring and management solutions combining COTS tools and in-house tooling

• Collaborate on standardized, scalable approaches for log management, service components, and infrastructure elements

• Evaluate and integrate AI-enabled tooling for observability, pipeline efficiency, and SRE troubleshooting workflows

• Develop DevOps tooling to reduce manual toil, strengthen security posture, and minimize human error

• Build and maintain resilient, self-scaling systems that minimize customer impact

• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews

Requirements

• 7+ years professional experience in software development, DevOps, and/or Site Reliability Engineering

• 3+ years experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and SRE automation within cloud environments at scale

• Experience with monitoring and alerting platforms (e.g., PagerDuty, Prometheus, Grafana)

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, Elasticsearch, Lambda, CloudFormation)

• Experience with at least one additional cloud provider (GCP, Azure, or OCI)

• Experience with CI/CD toolchains (Jenkins, Kubernetes, Flux)

• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C

• English language level B1+
