Description

This role works with functional representatives, business analysts, data analysts, and Applications Development project teams to apply data operations requirements for effective storage and retrieval of data. You will use an agile-waterfall methodology in highly complex database environments, transforming logical data models into physical databases and supporting reporting and forecasting data delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of critical financial and operational data for reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making

• Monitor production processes, validate results, and resolve data quality or system issues

• Investigate complex data/reporting discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

• Partner with business and technology teams to develop, test, and deploy data solutions, system enhancements, and process improvements

• Provide support, training, and guidance to users of enterprise reporting and data platforms

• Develop and maintain documentation, operational procedures, and controls that promote consistency and knowledge sharing

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve reliability, scalability, and effectiveness of data and reporting environments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (preferred)

• Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data (BigQuery preferred)

• Basic knowledge of database design principles, data modeling, and ETL processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• U.S. work authorization required
