Description

You will analyze customer requirements and design end-to-end software solutions for the financial sector, including database, backend, and frontend architecture. In an agile, distributed team environment, you will create user stories and tasks, provide customer-facing technical analysis, and support documentation and user testing. You will help shape and contribute to a complex long-term project delivering modern, efficient IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and develop comprehensive software solutions for the finance domain

• Serve as a contact for customers: analyze functional and technical requirements and create software concepts

• Create user stories and tasks in an agile process in a distributed team environment

• Produce documentation and perform/enable user tests

• Contribute to a complex, long-term modernization project for IT solutions

Requirements

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, high commitment, and flexibility

• Knowledge of the financial services industry (ideally savings products) and basic commercial understanding

• Ideally experience with Java programming and familiarity with Docker, Spring, REST

• Strong communication skills, customer interaction, and willingness to travel

• Very good German and English proficiency (written and spoken)

• Degree or comparable qualification

• Preferred: ~5 years of professional experience in software architecture
