Description

You will design end-to-end, scalable and secure BSS/OSS solutions for the B2C customer and product lifecycle (CRM, Product Catalog, Order Management, Billing/Charging, Provisioning). You will define API-first and event-driven integration and migration strategies between modern platforms and legacy environments, including architectural documentation (C4/UML/BPMN and ADR). You will also support pre-sales and DevOps by translating business requirements into technical specifications and overseeing implementation with a focus on non-functional requirements (performance, availability, SLA, security).

Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive, scalable, secure end-to-end telecom BSS/OSS solutions

  • Define integration and migration strategies (API-first, event-driven) between modern platforms and legacy environments

  • Create architectural views (C4/UML/BPMN), architecture decisions (ADR), and integration standards

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications; support pre-sales and DevOps teams

  • Oversee implementation, define standards, and ensure non-functional requirements (performance, availability, SLA, security)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in roles such as Architect, Technical Engineer, Technical Analyst, or Tech Lead

  • Experience in BSS/OSS projects or telecom transformations

  • Knowledge of SOA, microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven patterns (Kafka/MQ)

  • Experience with API Gateway and ESB

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with business stakeholders and DevOps teams

  • English proficiency (B1/B2 or higher) in speaking and writing
