Description

Define and own the overall technical architecture of drone platforms that combine hardware, embedded systems, flight control, and AI. Provide technical leadership across mechanical, electronics, embedded systems, flight control, and AI integration, set engineering standards, and ensure hardware-software integration through testing and deployment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own drone platform system architecture

• Provide technical leadership and guide engineering trade-offs and design decisions

• Ensure integration across hardware and software components

• Establish engineering standards, development practices, and technical guidelines

• Identify technical risks early and define mitigation strategies

• Align technical direction with product strategy

• Support system validation, testing, and deployment readiness

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in aerospace, robotics, UAVs, or complex embedded systems

• Strong background in systems engineering and hardware-software integration

• Experience delivering complex technical systems from concept to deployment

• Proven ability to guide senior engineers and influence technical direction

• Strong technical judgment and decision-making ability

• Excellent communication skills and leadership presence

• Fluent English
