Description

The Automation Developer designs, develops, and maintains automation solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual effort. The role acts as a technical specialist to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) and UiPath
• Maintain, enhance, and support existing automation solutions and business applications
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for developed solutions
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for deployed automations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and implement automation opportunities

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with UiPath development (required)
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
• Understanding of software development principles, testing, and deployment practices
• Experience with scripting/programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, VBA, or HTML/CSS is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
