Description

You work to ensure the IT infrastructure runs smoothly. The apprenticeship covers planning, installation, and configuration of networked information and communication systems, including servers, clients, networks, operating systems, and applications. You also help maintain, troubleshoot, and support IT and digitalization projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, install, and configure complex, networked information and communication systems
• Install servers, clients, and networks
• Set up and administer operating systems and application software
• Monitor and perform regular maintenance of the IT infrastructure
• Analyze and resolve hardware and software incidents
• Implement IT and data security measures
• Support employees with technical questions and complications
• Contribute to IT and digitalization projects (e.g., introducing new IT systems)

Requirements

• Good intermediate secondary school certificate (MSA) or higher
• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for IT, networks, and digital technologies
• Structured working approach and logical thinking
• High motivation, willingness to learn and perform, and reliability
