Description

You will complete a three-year IT systems integration apprenticeship alongside informatics studies, earning two qualifications by the end of the program. The role focuses on planning, implementing, documenting, and troubleshooting complex IT system solutions, including network analysis and IT security considerations. Work is carried out mainly in internal IT teams and partly at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement complex IT system solutions and document them
• Fix issues by using expert and diagnostic systems
• Analyze and develop networks while considering IT security aspects
• Collaborate with internal IT departments and support customers on-site

Requirements

• (Fach-)Abitur
• Mathematical and technical understanding
• Enjoy working in a team and also solving problems independently
• Willingness to travel for on-site customer deployment
• Ideally, initial practical experience (e.g., school internship)
