Description

You will be trained to plan, set up, and professionally operate IT systems. The apprenticeship includes installing and administering IT systems, configuring workstations and servers, monitoring systems to identify and fix faults, and creating system documentation. You will also train users and gain practical experience in daily IT operations across teams and projects, with additional seminars on operating systems, networks, IT security, databases, and more—plus the responsible use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, install, and administer IT systems
• Configure workstations and servers according to requirements
• Monitor systems and recognize and resolve malfunctions
• Create system documentation
• Conduct trainings and introductions for end users
• Participate in onboarding weeks, team trainings, and first workshops
• Work in different teams and projects to learn various areas of banking IT
• Attend specialist seminars on operating systems, networking, IT security, databases, and related topics
• Use AI tools appropriately to assess data and implement ideas with modern technologies
• Participate in hackathons and events to expand your network

Requirements

• Strong interest in IT and technical questions
• Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills
• Willingness to work through complex topics
• Enjoyment of teamwork and communication
• Completed schooling; provide the last three school reports
• Relevant proofs such as internships are beneficial
• Optional cover letter
