Description

You will complete a three-year training program as an IT specialist specializing in system integration. The apprenticeship focuses on administration and configuration of hardware and software, including workstations, servers, networks, and the phone system. You’ll gain broad insight into company processes while learning to troubleshoot IT problems and support users.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage IT environments (workplaces/workstations, servers, network, phone system)
• Administer servers and networks
• Support IT security management (firewalls, encryption, antivirus)
• Set up IT workstations and install software
• Provide Helpdesk support

Requirements

• Fachhochschulreife, Abitur, or a good Realschulabschluss
• Enjoy math, German, English, and computer science subjects
• Interest in solving technical problems
• Organizational skills and strong communication
• Technical understanding (basic IT aptitude)
