Role Description

During the apprenticeship, you will realize customer-specific information and communication solutions and help improve ongoing IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement customer-specific information and communication solutions

• Develop solutions to improve day-to-day IT operations

• Take on tasks independently as part of projects

• Capture and implement customer requirements

• Support customers with daily hardware and software issues

• Replace, maintain, and service hardware components (PCs, printers, scanners)

• Maintain and support networks and monitor IT security

• Build, maintain, and operate server systems

Requirements

• Intermediate secondary education (Mittlere Reife) or an equivalent qualification

• Logical thinking and technical understanding

• IT affinity

• Teamwork and communication skills, with a service mindset

• Goal-driven and independent working style

• Responsibility and careful working

• Reliability and willingness to learn
