The ServiceNow Solution Developer will leverage AI technology to create transformative solutions within the ServiceNow platform, helping enhance patient care through innovation.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop integration frameworks connecting ServiceNow with external platforms.
• Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to follow best practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation and development standards.
• Maintain data quality and manage risks related to data issues.
• Support the evolution and reliability of ServiceNow AI capabilities.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of IT experience with a software development background.
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and code optimization in structured IDEs.
• Experience with AI-powered coding tools.
• Familiarity with LLM integration patterns.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Experience with SAFe and ITIL methodologies.
• Exceptional English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency with Git version control.
