Description

You will develop and improve technically demanding ServiceNow platforms and applications for customers, adapting them to specific customer needs. You will build integration components for connecting systems such as SSO, LDAP, REST, and SOAP. You will also support the creation of an international ServiceNow competence center and share knowledge with new developers.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and enhance advanced ServiceNow platforms

• Create and tailor advanced ServiceNow applications to customer requirements

• Develop integration components for systems such as SSO, LDAP, REST, and SOAP

• Work in Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, and IT Service Management

• Support the build-out of an international ServiceNow competence center

• Mentor new ServiceNow developers and actively transfer knowledge

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science or comparable training

• Several years of development experience with ServiceNow

• Strong understanding of solution and interface concepts and standards including JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, REST, Angular, Web Services, SOAP, and XML

• NOW-Certified System Administrator; ideally also NOW-Certified Application Developer

• Confident use of AI tools in your field, with critical evaluation of results and support for customers to leverage AI potential

• Fluent German and English (at least C1)
