Description

You design and implement complex requirements on the ServiceNow platform—from requirements analysis to delivery. You develop technical platform strategies and innovative solution approaches with international teams, providing technical leadership for transformation and migration work and integrating existing system landscapes. Generative AI is used to optimize both customer and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and realize complex requirements on ServiceNow (e.g., CSM, HR)

• Develop technical platform strategies and innovative solution approaches

• Integrate existing system landscapes

• Provide technical leadership for transformation and migration projects

Requirements

• University degree (ideally Computer Science or similar)

• Several years of ServiceNow experience in architecture, lead, or consulting roles

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, platform logic, and ITIL-based processes

• Excellent JavaScript skills and practical experience with Now Assist

• Familiarity with agile methods/frameworks such as Scrum

• Strong communication skills in German and English in a technical context

• Preferred: ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-CSM)
