ServiceNow is a global tool used widely to manage business processes of Enterprise clients. As Senior ServiceNow Developer, you would support project teams involved in implementation, configuration and maintenance of NowPlatform.

The role is for Consultants and Developers of the ServiceNow platform who are passionate about creating innovative and bespoke solutions for clients. It values individuals who wish to expand their product knowledge, cooperate with global stakeholders across different product workflows, initiate discussions, and oversee projects through post go-live activities.

Main Responsibilities

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will direct the development and implementation of intricate business processes. This involves analyzing business requirements at all stages of development. You may have the opportunity to lead a team of consultants during projects or design the architecture of ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of the platform and confidence when collaborating on implementation, customization or maintenance projects. This may be demonstrated through:

• Outstanding knowledge of NowPlatform architecture with a minimum of 4 years of experience
• Experience in product customizations, integrations, implementation or maintenance
• Experience in project activities as a Developer

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• At least 4 years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification
• Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages: JavaScript, C#, Java or others
• Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM and GRC
• Showcased knowledge of best practices in software development
• Experience implementing ServiceNow solutions in a regulated financial services environment
• Familiarity with the DORA framework and its requirements for digital operational resilience in the financial sector
• Ability to map DORA requirements to ServiceNow GRC and SecOps functionalities
• Experience conducting risk assessments and managing compliance within ServiceNow
• Knowledge of European Union regulations and directives relevant to financial services
• Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in English
