Description

Support and enhance financial systems within the company’s Quote-to-Revenue ecosystems. Manage functional design, configuration, and integrations of Zuora CPQ, Zuora Billing, and Zuora Revenue (RevPro) with upstream and downstream Salesforce CRM and NetSuite GL systems. Ensure solutions are compliant with ASC 606/IFRS 15, and deliver accurate billing and revenue recognition through testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements; design scalable and compliant system solutions

• Create functional specifications, user stories, and data mapping documents from complex requirements

• Diagnose and resolve system data discrepancies, reconciliation issues, and process bottlenecks across integrated systems

• Perform testing, deployment, maintenance, and post-implementation troubleshooting

• Enable Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Recognition workflows end-to-end using Zuora 360, Data Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft)

• Support automation and integrations using Workato

• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Accounting, IT, and Engineering; manage release schedules and change requests

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external reporting using SOX controls

• Use Agile/Scrum planning practices (sprint planning, backlog grooming, iterative delivery) and track work with Lucidchart, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and Asana

• Perform data analytics using Tableau, Power BI, and SQL

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field

• Seven (7) years of experience as a Billing Solution Architect, Billing Solution Developer, Billing Solutions Consultant, or closely related occupation

• Expert knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Revenue value streams

• Demonstrable expert ability with Zuora CPQ, Zuora Billing, and Zuora Revenue (RevPro)

• Complying with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 accounting standards

• Integration experience across Zuora CPQ, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue (RevPro), Salesforce CRM, and NetSuite GL

• Experience with Zuora Data Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware integration platforms including Workato, Boomi, and MuleSoft

• Ability to elicit, document, and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and data mapping documents

• Knowledge of SOX controls

• Experience using Lucidchart, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and Asana

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL

• Experience with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment
