Description

Paid engineering internship and co-op opportunities designed to provide hands-on experience on real, impactful projects with mentorship from experienced professionals. You will apply classroom learning to solve real-world challenges, collaborate across teams, and take part in technical training and role-specific professional development. Fall co-ops must be available from September–December.

Responsibilities

• Embrace core values in safety, sustainability, and innovation
• Gain industrial experience and insight into business, products, and customers
• Work in team-based environments with mentorship and technical training
• Participate in professional development opportunities tailored to your role
• Support projects across areas such as manufacturing technical/process engineering, capital projects, automation/process control, leveraged engineering, equipment reliability and maintenance, continuous improvement, product quality, and technical service

Requirements

• Enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical (or other engineering disciplines) from an ABET-accredited program
• GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0)
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without restriction
• Availability from September–December for Fall Semester co-op
